Refund and Cancellation Policy

Payment & Confirmation
* Deposit: Confirmation of reservation is provided against a 100% deposit of the total reservation amount, to be paid 15 days prior to arrival.

Cancellation & Refunds
* Full Refund: A 100% refund of the deposit will be provided if the booking is cancelled or modified at least 15 days prior to the scheduled arrival date.
* No Refund: No refund will be provided if the booking is cancelled or modified within 15 days of the arrival date.
* No Show: In the event of a “No Show,” the hotel will apply a full retention charge, and no refund will be issued.

Processing of Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method used during the booking within 7–10 business days, subject to the bank’s processing timelines.
